Shaoguang gave a poster presentation at The 18th International Conference on Cutting-Edge Organic Chemistry in Asia (ICCEOCA-18) in Sanya. He was awarded an Asian Core Program (ACP) Lectureship Award to Korea. He will be invited for a week-long academic tour in Korea in 2026!
Shaoguang was awarded a General Program grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. This support enables the group to investigate small molecule activation leveraging dynamic metal-metal bond complexes.
Zhaoyang, Qiuran and Ren’s work on “One- and Two-Electron Carbon–Halide Bond Activation at a Phosphorus Center” has been accepted by Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.! Congratulations!

Our collaborative research with Prof. Mingdong Zhong, Prof. Jiancheng Li and Prof. Herbert Roesky has been published in Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. on "Bifunctional Silylene–Aminoborane Enables Cooperative Activation of Unsaturated Bonds and Access to Heteroatom-Enriched Polycycle"!
The group attended Main-Group Element Reactivity Conference (MG-ERC) in Namur, Belgium. Jinyang, Liuyang, Qian, Zhaoyang and Shaoguang presented their research via posters. Zhaoyang won the Best Poster Award!
Shaoguang gave an oral presentation at 6th International Symposium on Synthesis and Catalysis (ISySyCat-6) in Coimbra, Portugal.

Our education-research work, “Exploration Of "Organic-Biochemical" Integrated Teaching: Research on Interdisciplinary Knowledge Transfer and Application Based on Potential Energy Diagram”, has been published on Chemical Education (化学教育).
